VLN: Second Run - Second Victory!

According to the driver team the conditions were absolutely difficult: "That was the hardest race I've ever driven. Frequent double yellow, accidents and dirt on the track, that was really tough!" Claudius Karch said.

Zimmermann-Porsche on the top in the record heat wave

"It was not easy today," said driver Claudius Karch. Especially oil and water temperature reached absolut peak values, so the electronic reduced maximum speed every now and then not to risk any failure of the engine. "The pressure from behind was absolutely tremendous," said Karch. The brakes withstand the heat, and while some competitors had to slow down with overheated brakes, the Zimmermann Porsche keeps ahead.

VLN3: Second victory for Zimmermann Porsche at Nürburgring

Zimmermann is Partner of Mathol Racing in the VLN Langstreckenmeisterschaft Nürburgring. The Zimmermann Porsche is not only a branded advertising medium but also development vehicle for the products of Zimmermann. At the third valuated race of the season, the Cayman S won competently his class, well ahead of the entire competition.
